Welcome to my coaching journey!

With over 15 years of leadership experience in chemical operations, I’ve traversed a career path from analytical chemist at Pfizer to roles in the biofuels industry, evolving towards a people-centric focus. It was through management and leadership that I discovered my passion for understanding people and infusing workplaces with joy.

In 2011, I embarked on my coaching journey, which has positively influenced all aspects of my life, including my relationships and personal growth. Over the years, I’ve delved into various personal and executive coaching modalities such as Enneagram, family systems, boundaries, and presence-based coaching. My collaboration with Judy Wilkins-Smith, an esteemed organizational and family patterns expert, has been transformative, inspiring me to help individuals find happiness in their work, relationships, and life.

Driven by a desire to apply coaching principles to the workplace, I pursued graduate studies in Industrial Organizational Psychology at Purdue University, further enhancing my expertise. My commitment to ongoing learning is reflected in my certifications, including Scrum Master, Agile Leader, and Systemic Coaching Facilitator. Through a blend of experience, education, and passion, I am dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations to unlock their full potential and foster environments where joy thrives.
